When I first met Justin in 2019, I had a significantly painful shoulder and he was highly recommended to help me with some rehab and accessory work. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of how the body works and what my shoulder issues might be and how to remedy them. After a few months of doing Justin's rehab exercises, I felt incredible. In the midst of the 2020 shutdown, he opened a crossfit facility that I immediately joined.
